Why You Should Practice Yoga With Me?
Whenever I saw yogis doing fancy handstand shapes or sitting in meditation for an hour, I thought that this could never be me. Not even three years ago, I have been exactly where many of you are right now. I didn’t have any major gymnastic background and spirituality was an unknown world for me.
But I promise you: The most important thing I learned the last few years is to take a leap of faith and just START. It takes a lot of self-awareness to decide that you want to change something in your life. I am here to help you on your journey, because I truly understand how you feel right now:
- You wake up in the morning with this overwhelming feeling of dread for your day ahead
- You struggle to stick to a consistent routine and you find yourself giving up because you don’t see any results, nothing seems to change and this leaves you feeling very frustrated
- You compare your life to others and wonder why things seem to look so easy for them. You feel like something is “missing” and it’s like you are trapped in a hamster wheel
Mastering your mind, overcoming anxious feelings or learning how to cope with stress through the right breathing techniques can be learned. I will show you how to build up a meditation routine, how to find ways to calm your nervous system and we will find tools how you can reconnect with your soul and fill in that internal void. I teach you to learn to observe and trust your body while always treating it with compassion. I show you the endless possibilities that lie behind all your blockages and limiting beliefs – physically and mentally. Moving can be learned and flexibility is achievable for everyone, there is no difference between you and I.
My Classes
Practice with me in a safe, encouraging and trustworthy (virtual) space. In my classes there is no judgement, there is no expectations and there is no good or bad: There is only me, you and your mat and all the feelings that might come up.
Let go of any attachment to the result and release your blockages. We will unlock your body’s natural range of motion and we will reconnect you to your true self – the version of you who feels at peace, connected, purposeful and alive. I believe in following your intuition, listening to your body and soul, and therefore constantly adapting your yoga practice to your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
